My first attempt at this pedal was my first built in about 8 years and I soldered the pot onto the wrong side of the board. I burned the trace trying to de-solder it. However the second build went flawlessly. Very easy build and a great sounding one knob fuzz! I’m a fan of Electra variants and this is no exception. For the germanium I believe I used a Russian D9K maybe. Has red and white bands. Faceplate courtesy of a good friend. Yea I stole the look but who cares it isn’t going anywhere. Let’s be honest the circuit was stolen anyways lol. I give the project 5 stars and recommend it to any new comer looking for an easy, hassle free fuzz. Also, the fuzz stacks well.
