This is the 4th muff I’ve built. I still haven’t built any of the original EHX circuits yet.
This one is very good, I like it a lot. I spent a while A/Bing it with my Kewpie. While both are fun, I think the Kewpie won the comparison.
This one has hella bass though. Thinking about giving it to the bass player in my band and seeing if he wants it. He currently uses an angry driver with a clean blend.
I love this Alexandria finish. Pictures do not do it justice. I seriously jacked up the drill job. The pots did not have enough vertical space. This thing’s pots are really bent and crammed into the enclosure. But the end result is crooked in kind of a funky way.
