I built the Sandspur Fuzz which is the BC108 NPN pedal and all went fine doing the bias with the 5K internal trimpot.
My issue is I built the Sunflower Fuzz Pedal PCB Sunflower Fuzz after and the bias was not as easy with internal 5K trimpot the build doc called for. I had to turn the internal trim all the way up to get it to get the right voltage. I would think I should be able to have the external B5K sunface pot at noon and use the internal trim to get the right voltage. I used vintage RCA 2N404 USAF germanium transistors. Could I use a 10k trim internal to give me a better ability to bias these transistors?
