Last night I was enjoying some harmonic fuzziness comparing percolators and realized there might be a fix to my dilemma.
Both of my percolation station builds when the Harmonics are on 9-10 I pick up a Gospel AM station very clearly. Doesn’t matter if it’s the only pedal between my guitar and amp or on the board. I get the word of god streaming through my tubes and 12” Jensen…. Anyways, I saw over on the TGP
someone suggesting putting a cap across one of the resistors to eliminate this. Would that work? I also thought about Reynolds wrapping the inside of the case but I feel like it’s my guitar that’s picking up the RF and these percolators just amplify it. Any thoughts? Of all my gear these two pedals are the only ones that are holy enough to evangelize my sonic space… harmonic transistor radio of the heavens..
