Robert and friends-what pedals are you surprised more people don’t buy/use/love?

I was peeping a favorite band’s gear line up and came across a pedal i hadn’t heard of that sounds awesome. (Expandora). A rat into a rat with some additional tweaks? I wonder why its not more popular given how loved the rat is. Yet the pandoras box has no reviews. It made me wonder what the Pedal PCB runners think are sleepers, or pedals that more people should be using. Just curious!

Interesting question. My vote would be the Chalumeau (Mid-Fi Clarinet). Weird fuzz delay thing with a pleasant woody tone. It's mentioned occasionally here but I never see it discussed elsewhere.

I think the Expandora is moderately well-known. Maybe it's a B- or C-list pedal. I'd be interested in a comprehensive "pedal tier list" based on how well-known or well-regarded pedals are. I expect there's a lot of gaps in my knowledge where I just haven't run into well-regarded iconic pedals.
