Head Selector looks like 1P12T?

Type Selector looks like 2P3T?

@Robert Does your source for the miniature rotaries have these configurations?

Thinking on the head selector, all the combos with a single pole switch is not possible.

It’s confusing and there is nothing on the webs about how to wire it.

Seems like a great choice to me! I’ve got to assume the use of a rotary switch over toggles or radio-style buttons for the head selection in the original was a matter of either cost or availability. Looking forward to seeing this as it comes to fruition!

The goal is kind of opposite to standard emulation practice: It’s going to have less flexibility but hopefully a sound that captures the Echorec.

You’ll notice there is no delay time control. The idea is to use the original Echorec system of fixed delay time per tap/head. What I’ll likely do is include internal trimmers for adjusting each heads delay time in a specific range.

I spent quite a while last night looking for a mini 2P3T mini rotary.

Could not find one I liked. I had not planned on any kind of modulation for the repeats on this build but I think I may use the 2P4T rotary sold here and add a second repeats mode with internally set modulation.

Have you looked at the Sagan delay? It’s only 3 “heads”, but you could probably figure out how to add a 4th.
