Seabed Delay Distortion and self oscillation on low setting?.

/hey everyone. I just finished the Seabed Delay and even on very low settings im getting a lot of VERY deep distortion (like its from a bass) when i play anything on the low E string or full chords.
and then that low end distortion goes into oscillation like crazy even tho the repeats are on like 2-3 repeats. It works normal on every other string.

Anyone have any ideas???
