I've built this on both vero/stripboard and on the PPCB seashore overdrive with the exact same results. When using the recommended OPA2134 op-amp, I get an unpleasant splatting opamp clipping sound. I tried swapping out for 4558's and TL072 with similar results. I found running a rail to rail TLC2262 kept the nasty clipping at bay, but I don't know how else the tone is effected in the circuit due to this swap. Has anyone else have similar results using an OPA2134 IC with this?
