Most of the signal chain is DIY. I've got a Kewpie fuzz on one guitar, Brown Betty on the other. My baritone and bass are running through the BB side of the Pro-10. Everything runs into a Sunn Beta clone (the PCBGuitarMania one that I'm still surprised actually worked) and then a UniCab. I think I've got some various time/modulation effects in there. Whatever the grand orbiter phaser clone is called plus Aion's Elysium delay.

I had this idea that I was going to do six songs with a "side-a" (can you have a side-a on a digital release?) being more black metal and the other half, "side-b," being more shoe-gaze (because I was playing in standard tuning with mid-gain drives and fuzzes) and the record would sum to "blackgaze." I think it sounds more like a screamo album, which is kind of a regression. I was going to sit on the "side-a" tracks and work on the lyrics but I ended up getting a cancer diagnosis the other day and figured I'd bang out the vocals with what I had before having to endure the recovery period that was going to necessitate (I've got surgery in a couple days and won't be able to push much air for a few weeks). Anyways, that's here:
