Skeptical Buffer dynamics?

Hi

I recently finished my skeptical buffer and noticed that it has some dynamic issues when going infront of my distorted amp. all the notes that are played with light touch dont coem through, as if there was a gate (describing the feel).
Has anyone experienced something similar with their build?

Thanks for your reply, the solder joints are all fine. the pedal actually works fine (amazing) on the clean channel, but as soon as i engage the dirty channel i loose some of my dynamic range when playing soft. the sound and feel just deteriorates in a crackling manner, almost like a gated fuzz.

A pound of solder-prevention would be good, but...

Nothing a sharp jab with solder-penicillin won't cure.


Remember everyone, practice safe-soldering. Fume-filter extractor, PPDs such as goggles/glasses... wash hands after ... all that jazz...
