SO-8 to DIP8 Adapter Pin access points

So I recently purchased a few of these adapters for smd ics, however only one of the boards (circled in red) has an exposed eyelet for one of the pins

Is there a safe way to “punch out” these pin holes without damaging the boards or am I overthinking this? I need access to pins 4 and 8 for local decoupling

Those “eyelets” are through hole vias and mission critical for connecting front and back traces, they are not meant to accommodate any other function. Decoupling needs to be done right at the power pins for max effectiveness anyway, so just do that.;)
