Soda Meiser PCB Questions

I have been cleaning up my supplies and found this PCB....not sure how I got an actual Devi Ever SM PCB populated by her.

But I have an extra enclosure that got miss drilled so I figured I could slap it in there but I'm not sure about the off board connections.

I'll list them off with my guesses, but hopefully someone can let me know how far off I am


In1: input from guitar (tip)
In3: input from switch
Out1: output tip to amp
Out3: output to switch
9v+ (self explanatory)
9v- (self explanatory)
GND: sleeve of input jack
GND: sleeve of output jack
A: Volume pot wiper
B: Intensity pot wiper

I was also going to use one of the breakout boards for the 3PDT

Doesn't look fully populated. Is it supposed to be that way? IN1 (input?) goes to a resistor pad that is not populated.

So am I off on the labeling? Its hard to tell in your pic since all your wires are black!

Not sure, I never built with that
board. I found those pics by googling. Multimeter and audio probe to be sure. Suck it and see.
