[SOLVED] XC Phase turns on but no effect

I just finished building the XC phase. LED turns on, sound works but there is no noticable change to the sound when the effect is on. Tough one to trouble shoot because it turns on and the signal obviously travels through the circuit, so im not sure where to start.
Turing the pot doesn't have any effect. Same with the switches.

What could be at fault? Any particular parts I should check?

Can you post some pictures? What jfets did you use?

I realized what the issues was.
I have a rev1 board and the transistors were in backwards. Once i filliped Q1-Q4 it worked out.

Right on. That’s exactly why I asked about which jfets you used. I ran into the same issue with mine. Glad you got it working.

Funny, because i made it a point to note the instructions calling out that silk screen issue. Then when the board actually arrived I thought i had rev 2 and didnt think twice about it.
