SOLVED Spatialist Reverb V2.2 no sound

I've recently built a spatialist reverb v2.2 using a kit from das musikding, but have encountered an issue with no output being produced. When the pedal is off the pass through works as intended, but when on the LED lights up but otherwise nothing else appears functional. I have tried reflowing all solder joints and checked that all components are in what I believe to be the correct orientation. Any troubleshooting ideas that I should try next?

It looks like the 3PDT breakout board is wired wrong. It's hard to see from the pics.

If you put the boards together, they should be connected to each other:
