Summing Op Amp

Hello, I’m looking to create an summing output, where I can mix two effects, or lower the volume of one, but have the two effects work independently of each until they reach the summing point. In other words, the two effects don’t affect each other. I am building a delay pedal and want to add another sound effect to output independently of the delay, together in one pcb. Each effect would have a volume or mix knob and they would both come out the same output jack, all in the same enclosure.

I know there are A-B switches, and standalone mixers. I don’t want that. Basically I need help with a summing op amp part of the circuit. I see all kinds of different ways of doing it online but they all seem different and some aren’t even for audio or 9v scenarios. Inverted, non-inverted, dual op, or single, biased, voltage divider? and what set up do I use? Aaaaahh! I could use some direction.

I was going to build the schematic I’ve attached here, but I don’t understand what the output voltage should be and how to adjust the resistors to accommodate that. Thanks in advance, friends.
