Superheterodyne switch

Can any one tell me what the difference between a “type 2” on-on-on switch and a standard(?) SPDT is? BOM for superheterodyne specifies a “type 2”. Thanks

DPDT on/on/on switches have 2 different throws. SPDT on/on (2nd picture) have one column of three lugs, use those for the other two toggle switches on the board.

Thanks for the reply. I realized my typo after I looked at the schematic and saw that it was a DPDT. It was the “type 2” that was throwing me off.
