OTHER Tayda to SVG coordinate converter

I have (or rather, Claude has) created a tool to convert a Tayda drill template into an SVG:

I created it so I can do the following:

- Create or import a Tayda drill template (e.g. from this forum)
- Click view source in the browser
- Copy all the HTML from the page source and paste it into the tool
- Click Parse template
- This will produce an SVG rendering of side A (the face) with all the holes in the same places as the Tayda template
- Import into e.g. Affinity Designer or Adobe Illustrator to create a Tayda UV print template design with the correct positions for knobs and switches

I have no idea if the Claude artefact will stay up/continue to work indefinitely, and please do double check its work, but is seems to work pretty well for me.

Cool idea. I get this error "No holes found on side A. Please check that you pasted the complete HTML from the Tayda page."

I got it to work this way on a Windows PC:
  • On the Tayda drill template page, right click, select 'Inspect'
  • On the console that opens on the right-hand side, find the <body> section
  • Right-click on it, Copy > Copy Element
  • Paste into the Claude converter
  • Parse Template
