Tayda UV Print Issues

Hey all,
I've tried using Affinity Designer to get UV prints, following guide from Pachyderm Pedals and Martin Aspeli. I used the PachyVersa palette from the Pachyderm tutorial for my RDG_WHITE and RDG_GLOSS, made sure text and images were vectorized, and generally made sure I followed what was outlined in both tutorials. However, my initial files were rejected due to issues with the Gloss layer, saying no RDG_GLOSS was detected, and then issues with the White layer, saying not everything was in RDG_WHITE. I switched to using the Roland Swatches provided in this forum post: PedalPcb Roland Swatches

However, after submitting with using this swatch, Tayda informed me that "Your artwork has severe issues. Please contact us using Help Desk section in your Tayda Electronics account.". While I did do this, it's been about a week without a response so I wanted to see if anyone could take a look at my design to see if there are any obvious errors or issues I am making as this is my first time attempting. I've attached a PDF, as well as the Affinity Designer file with the three necessary layers. Thank you in advance!

When I open the pdf in my browser the layers are in reverse order in the side menu, but the image still seems to be layered the right way. When I open it in Illustrator I don't see the three labeled layers on the right like I would expect. I don't know if that's the cause of the problem, I'm pretty new to this too, but I can report that the layers seem strange. pdflayers.png ailayers.png

I opened it up in AF2. All three layers are in sidebar and if I click them they open and show the contents inside. They're in the same order as the one UV print I've had made so far.
