SOLVED Trumpeter RF interference?

I finished building the Trumpeter, and while its a killer sounding fuzz I am getting a ton of radio interference when the pedal is engaged, particularly if I touch the toggle switches or other metal parts while its on. Whats really odd is that the pedal did not really have this issue when I first finished it, but it seems like the RF has more prevalent. Some kind of issue with grounding perhaps? I sanded away the finish underneath the screws to make good contact with the enclosure and it did not make a difference. Any advice?

Did you sand away the finish inside of the holes for the in/out jacks? I had that happen on my Trumpeter, and it went away after removing the powder coating from inside the jacks. Not sure if you need to do the same with the foot switch hole, so hopefully someone else can chime in on that.
