Me and my neighbor cooked up an idea for a "signature" pedal for him and this is the result! It's an original design of a Tubescreamer/Rat combo pedal, with separate bypass and an order switch in the middle. I designed the pcb using Kicad, and had it manufactured by Oshpark. My friend is a Lord of the Rings fan, so I used a Nazgul graphic and his own signature for the art. The enclosure/UV print was done through Tayda. I also used the PedalPCB breakout board for the lighted footswitches, and that made wiring alot easier. The only part I messed up was I didn't account for larger holes for the lighted footswitch, where the plastic bezel piece fits around the footswitch, but it wasn't to hard to widen out those holes. There are slight mods to the TS-808/Rat circuit, different op amps and not using LEDs on the rat clipping diodes. My neighbor was really happy with how it looked and sounded, and I was as well. Demo video below!
