Tyco Brahe Ocavia Diode Lift Mod

So, im trying to figure out how to add the diode lift switch to this Octavia vero layout, Ala Fulltone Octafuzz.

Can I leave the diodes on the board or should I take them offboard? Looks like the cathode of both diodes are going to lug 3 of the volume pot. Just unsure of how to wire the switch for this one.

There is another old layout from tagboard effects but kind of like this layout from dirtbox better. So would be cool to adopt this mod to this layout. I have a bunch of SPST I'd like to use so bonus if I can use one of those.

Only one diode. With the switch open there's only fuzz, no octave.
Thanks for the response. I'm still having a tough time wrapping my head around. Could I take a wire from G1 to one of the lugs on the SPST and the other lug to ground?

I was thinking of moving the 42TM022 over to the right some more, a little bit of juggling with the layout and you'd have plenty of room to monkey with switchifying D1, but Temol's got it covered.

I messed with the DirtBoxLayout version anyway, as it's always easier to flesh out a skeleton than to form a build from scratch.
However...

Moving the transformer set off a chain-reaction of other component-movements, as is often the case when rekajiggering something.

I've added two cuts, a baker's-dozen total, which seems like a lot but I tried to keep my cuts logical and ordered, not scattered around;
so the cuts form columns and are generally balanced — for instance the cuts around D1 to add in the switch wiring are equidistant apart.
Organised cuts mean I'm less likely to make a mistake if I were to build and verify this.
First extra cut is for the switch.
Second extra cut is to enable a better network of ground-jumpers, specifically between the Primary side of the transformer/LED+.

The biggest space-saving, needed to squeeze the 100µ-caps on the right, came from consolidating the grounding jumpers to a single column.

The switch, as it sits, means the diode is connected with the switch-bat up;
if you prefer to think of the diode-lift having the switch-bat up, "LIFT", then turn the switch around or move the outside wire to the opposite side.

It should be correct, but I've no time to build and verify it (I'd go with Perf or PCB anyway) — so if you see an error, room for improvement, or build it and verify it works, then please drop a message to me.

Cheers,
FF
