Tyrian - 2 LEDs needed but not on drill template

I just received my tyrian pcb and am noticing the drill template only shows the one led near the footswitch. On the pcb it has two (D6 and D7). Would I just hold it up to the enclosure when completed and drill where they “land” as it were?

The two near the middle of the board are clipping LEDs, you don't need to drill for those.

The indicator LED is the one near the bottom of the board.
