Howdy,
I've just had my third order turn up from SOVCOM on eBay - first two orders were perfect (and 10/10 transistors I ordered were right in the middle of the gain ranges with minimal leakage), but this order got lost somewhere in the Ukrainian post system (which is understandable given, well, the country is being invaded).
Owner was very apologetic when he couldn't find them in the system, and express posted me twice as many transistors as I originally bought. Turned up in about two weeks, and out of 40x MP20s I got, they all fall between 40-100hfe, and 90 to 195uA leakage - honestly, couldn't be a better batch of parts if I bought hand picked ones! Ended up being about $2AUD each.
If you're looking for a source of Soviet parts, I can't recommend them highly enough.
