or this area of a vibe circuit? the output mix mod
That’ll slightly maximize phasing but won’t change the intensity of the Preamp.

be a good place to start. what do you suggest in my original schematic i sent , where to put changes? That’ll slightly maximize phasing but won’t change the intensity of the Preamp.
you mean change both 100k resisters to 91K, and add a 20K trimmer pot. how will that increase throb? just trying to get my head around that part. sort of seeing it
thaNKS A lot. ill give it a go.
so this is not a type of bias mod for bulb, completely different area eh. As i have a bias mod and it made a huge difference at getting a better throb. Yet here, my only goal is to have the entire vibe circuit and effect come forward more wet and sort of over shadow the output, slightly. just jump up more, will bring out more vibe effect?Big Monk is killing it. I was about to say something similar, but with 47k/100k pot/47k. That would be more range, but big monks method of more fine tuning might work better. So play around with it. You could also try 75k/50k pot/75k. The idea is that at the center of the pot, it comes out to 100k/100k.

oh all good. any adjustment with throb on vibes is a good mod. My vibe has a really nice balance of preamp and throb, but i feel a little bit more depth would be nice. its a bit of perfection / obsession going on, but results have been good so far. ill post a video and audio result over next few days.It will help slightly to add a touch more depth. Not a crazy amount, though.
This is sort of a 1% fine tuning modification. It might be a good idea to just tack it in, find the best sound then solder in the two equivalent fixed resistor values.
I’m still not sure your desire squares with reality here. Then again, I could just be fundamentally misunderstanding what you are after.
