Thought I'd post this here in case someone finds it useful. I know I do. It's pretty much just two 20K pots each in series with a 1K resistor to prevent burning out LEDs. Can be used to eyeball indicator LED brightness and find the corresponding CLR value. Just turn the pot until it looks right, measure resistance between jumper and anode socket, that's your CLR value. Can also be used with bi-color LEDs, see second image with a red/green LED adjusted until it looks yellow.
