Voltage and Current ratings for pedals

I do not see any Voltage or Current ratings in the Build documentation for any of the the 25+ PCB's that I have. If there is nothing listed, is it a safe assumption that the pedal requires 9V center negative, and that it will not pull more than 150 - 200mA? I don't like to make assumptions, so I thought I would ask. Thanks.

A majority of analog pedals will draw 5-30ma, with a fair chunk of that normally being in the LED.
