Voltage Divider in echo dream 2

Im not sure this is the right category for this so I can move it if need be.

Why so many voltage dividers biasing the op amps?
R4,5 12,13 18,19

Couldn't i just put one pair with a capacitor to create 4v5/vb and run from there?

thats kinda what I thought. But sometimes I miss the obvious so I ask.

The Syntheziser pcb is an exposed trace nightmare.

I tried putting one voltage divider. 2 1M's and a 10u cap. I couldn't reach 4v5 with anything bigger. But I still had to tie another 1M resistor to each point to get it to work.
I don't know enough to understand that yet but I guess Oliver knew what he was doing.

I tried it with a divider of 2 10k's and a 47u cap. Still needed the 1M resister from 4v5 to the op amp.
