Weird issue with contact pads on PCB

Hey folks, just a quick note if you find a problem like this. I was working on an AionFX Karkadann board and noticed a really weird problem with it. Basically, the issue is that the contacts don't go all the way through the board. So, for any pad, the top and bottom pads are there...but the connection between them through each hole isn't. I didn't really think too much of it till I was about half way through the install of my capacitors. At that point, I had to question the PCB since I didn't have faith that all pads would receive proper continuity...especially if this PCB is more than two layers.

I contacted AionFX and Kevin hooked me up with a replacement. He hadn't seen anything like this either. Apparently, the folks they use for PCB printing messed up. So, good tip before working on a new board: inspect the board for obvious flaws before digging in. It'll save you a ton of time. :D
