What's in The Blue Box? - Stripboard

PedalPCB is great for this but I wanted some mods so I decided to stripboard this build. Just finished boxing this up this afternoon. Pictures will follow. This is a modified MXR Blue Box to include 2 of the more common mods: an Octave switch (1 or 2 octaves) and a treble boost switch. My ears cannot distinguish enough of a change for the later of the two. To me, Octave down fuzzes inspire me to play some fire-y blues. The downside in this circuit is that it only tracks when one note is played at a time and 12th fret+. There are 2 knobs: level and blend. The blend knob goes from a surprisingly nice fuzz to almost an 8-bit sounding, subterranean octave machine. A nice addition to a pedalboard and for me, mostly something just to fool around with rather than performing.

For the enclosure design I was thinking this:

Great stuff! Love this circuit. Is that a 1590B?

I've got an Azure Repository all ready to stuff an enclosure with, but then decided it needed more mods...

It got out of hand, 8 knobs, but I think I've settled the idears back down to a knob-quartet and two switches (already one switch to select one/two octaves. Gonna add a Green Ringer for the other toggle, or make it a footswitch.
