I embarked on a third combo build in a 1590Q (as above, Aion Meridian with bass mods and Barry's Mini-Me chorus to add some colour to proceedings). Not much room for error in placement, given the paucity of free space with the flangery mod (top left, which enables switching between four different cap values for varied chorus toans). Worth doing IMO for tuning in just the right amount and texture of chorus.

The Meridian front end is envisaged as always on, hence the toggle, as an initial toan shaper and compressor/limiter with footswitchable chorus to taste.

I really dislike the power socket placement at the side but this is to mask an ambitious side jack plan which didn't work out quite as I'd wished. You can't win 'em all as we know, upshot being that 1) it fits, 2) it works, and 3) two lonely populated boards are finally safely housed with appropriately gaudy LEDs as below. If it continues to disturb my equilibrium, I'll consider moving the power socket topside in due course.

Thanks for reading as always and have a great 'remains of' the weekend.
