I was looking at the Dwarven Hammer (Precision Drive) because it has favorable reviews from a metal drop-tuning perspective. The special sauce in that pedal is the ATTACK rotary switch. I looked at the schematic and it switches between different filter caps.
So then I was wondering about YATSs with a potentiometer instead of a switch there. Like the Fingers.
Unless I'm mistaken on how to calculate it, the Dwarven hammer's ATTACK has a range of 338-4825 Hz, and the Fingers BASS is 46-1462 Hz.
On the Fingers, if I substitute C1 with 10nf and C3 with 150nf (giving a range of 321-4825 Hz), is the BASS on the Fingers essentially the same functionality as the ATTACK on the Dwarven Hammer, but continuously variable?
