Anyone have a link showing how to play a guitar? Hopefully one that also explains how those letters correspond to the strings, and why the hell there are two "e" ones!

So I finally got a chance to dig the power cord to the line6 spider v ( I say “the” and not “my” spider V… because I have disowned this embarrassment) to try and play along with your backing track…. Now I remember why it got shoved in the closet… I might have to wait to set my rig back up.

Don’t you count me out yet I got till the 23rd, and I promise you it will be nether practiced polished or any good… 💯 💩, why would I humiliate myself in such a manner? well for starters I’m a masochist… second a contest like this deserves participation. @jjjimi84 puts a lot of effort into his builds and report and to idly scroll past this would be a travesty…. That and I wish I never sold my dark rift…🤣
 
Working on a brutally long online midterm today, and then I get to start my spring break starting. That’ll give me some time to dig up my cheapo behringer interface and whip something up. Mind if I throw in some other instruments into the solo as well, instead of having just guitar take the melodic role?
 
Last night (this morning) I spent from midnight to 4am trying to come up with something.

I don’t know how I’d get it onto soundcloud, but it’s been a good exercise for me even if the gang here doesn’t get to have a laugh at my first ever attempt to solo.

Not quite Flight of the Bumble Bee but rather more like Flop-thud of the Lump of Granite.
