Little Green Balls of Death - a Christmas Recipe

Latest batch was roasted with super-simple recipe my wife found online: maple syrup & old-fashioned seedy Dijon mustard.
So good, we had the same again the next night.
I made some a week or two ago, sautéed them in some butter, added some garlic once they browned pretty good, poured a little Marsala wine over them, covered and let them steam a little
