This is some Devi Madness rolled into one enclosure, PCB from Fuzzdog.

Basically a Soda Fuzz into a Cone Ripper OD. Both circuits have a switch to let loose some Chaos and/or Noise.
The other switch on the fuzz side flips the orientation of one of the transistors to give you some octave-up.
The second switch on the OD kicks up the gain.
I left out the order switch.

Yeah! I had an effector 13 sodameiser w chaos and a boost stomper on my board for years. One of my absolute favorites. Is the octave switch just flipping the transistor making it a vintage fuzz master? I made one that does that a while back. So much nasty with so few parts.

Long ago, one of the few times in life that I didn't have to throw my tax return immediately at debt, I wandered into my favorite music shop with no agenda other than ridding myself of money and spent way too much on this. Knowing what's going on inside now I cringe a little but whatever. Just had to have that chaos.

I know in the build doc Fuzz Dog strongly suggests it's not worth including the order switch in this one, but ...

Did you try switching the order up before fixing its position?
