USPS Shipping Question

Does anybody have any clue how their Loyalty program works? I have had an account for years and have been earning points that went unclaimed and expired. I decided to pay closer attention and it clearly states I have $60 I can apply to Priority Shipping services but there is no apparent option anywhere to apply those credits. Am I missing something?

USPS.com if you have an account and use it to "Click and Ship"
Like Michael says, it's a program for people who have accounts with USPS. Purchase of USPS Priority or other shipping services go towards points that can be redeemed and credited towards future shipping purchases. Sort of like buy 9 sandwiches and get the 10th free or at a discount program.

That said, there is NO way to redeem them nor are there any instructions on how to redeem.

For anybody else with USPS accounts interested in this, I called their hotline and the rep I spoke with isn't able to discern why there is not an option to apply earned credits towards a purchase of shipping. I was assigned a case number 43437496. Hopefully I will get an answer in a couple days.

Methinks this is done on purpose rather than a bug.
