CDXL reissue no/distorted/quiet sound

I just put this together last night. I was thinking it was coming along great - definitely my cleanest build yet. But lo and behold, the thing doesn't work :(

Bypass works fine, when I kick it on, the light comes on, but not much else. If I strum hard it will give me a .1s blip of sound but can't get it to do much more than that. I went and checked several values near where I thought the problem was (IC2 = LM358 ), but everything seems to check out.

Anyone notice anything crazy going on here?

Thanks for chiming in. I just removed the LM358p and socketed it with a new one (in case maybe that one was bad?) same issue. I'm not really sure what you were seeing that looked wrong though on pin/pad 7?

I was waiting for you to ask me, If you enlarge your Picture's posted it looks like Pin/Pad 7 is missing silver pad on Component side.
You need to reflow Solder on C5 + side (Look at Enlarge Picture you posted) & IN, GND, SW, OUT Pads, Dry Joints !!!
Can you check these Coloured Pads for Continuity? :

I see what you mean! Cleaned up those joints a little bit. Just checked continuity from pin 7 to all of those points. There is continuity there.

I just pulled up the schematic and traced it a little further. I'm not getting continuity from pin 7 on IC2 to r25, c7, or pin 2 of the C100k pot. Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I should be getting continuity from those points, right?

I'm also not getting continuity from pin 7 to pin 6.

No, you need to undestand how continuity works, I does not pass through components, Pin 7 is not connected to pin 6 so no continuity!
Look at my Diagram beelow, it should give you an Idea how to.
Pin 7 is how you tested the Board above.
Pin 6 only has 4 points!
If you look at the Board above you will see that pin 2 of the C100k pot trace goes to top of C7, that is the only 2 points for Continuity :
