I’m not picking on you (yet) jessenator, just addressing a few points.
When you see that someone’s balls are ripe for busting, strike fast and hard. Immerse yourself in the unfolding hate, and the opportunity will present itself.
This is a safe space to hate. If you find any limits, it will be really funny.

As a reminder, we are also encouraging circuit design in this contest as well. There are plenty of resources here that cover breadboarding such as the Test Kitchen, Chuck's Boneyard, and the resources tab. Breadboards are cheap (if you need to buy one I think that's allowed here since it can be used for an endless number of builds) and don't need soldering.
Heck, you don't need to reinvent the wheel here. A simple thought such as "What does an Electra distortion with a Baxandall tone stack sound like?" Build it, draw a schematic, name it, and it's your own creation!!!!
There are separate prizes for this type of entry.
Right now the circuit to beat is lighting up some LEDs.
