JHS switchback but stereo

I’m looking for a diagram to make a stereo version of an A/B pedal. I have two of the UAD pedals. The Dream 65 and the Anti 92. I just want to be able to toggle between the two as I use the dream for light gain and clean. Then the anti for higher gain stuff.

Is this possible? Not too worried about having an LED if that frees up lugs on the foot switch

Might be something in the Switch-Craft thread.

Definitely doable without LED indication, 4PDT.
There are 6PDT, for including LED indication, but they're bloody expensive and rare, difficult to source and oh yeah, they're expensive.
Did I mention 6PDT are expensive?
Those 6PDT, they're expensive.


If you aren't able to extract something from a diagram in that thread, I'll try to whip up a diagram over the coming weekend.

Someone please double check me, but I think this is how you'd do it with a 4PDT and no LED.

"In_1" and "In_2" are your stereo ins, "Out_1" and "Out_2" are your stereo outs.

Then you switch the ins between the "Send A" and "Send B" stereo pairs, and switch the outs between the "Return A" and "Return B" stereo pairs.

It also dawns on me that if you're running your UAD pedals as mono-in-stereo-out, then that'd save a pole on the 4PDT and you could then use it for an LED.
