Soft switch on buffered effect

Hi

I am thinking that using the channel switching mode on the Intelligent Relay Bypass module could achieve a soft switch bypass for a buffered effect (e.g. Kliche, informant...) if wired like the buffered bypass is the "second channel."
Would this work? Has anyone tried it?
I assume adding a DPDT switch in the bypass loop could remove the buffer if desired.

I used the basic dpdt relay for my kliche, works a treat for soft switch.

Oh okay, that's cool... I know the Kliche build doc has a wiring diagram for true bypass, so I knew you could use a soft switch in that configuration. How would I wire up the basic dpdt relay to use the pedal in buffered bypass?
Without a build doc it's not clear to me how it works. Does A1, A2 etc correspond to the two rows of 3 pins on a physical switch?
