So I'm not super familiar with Lemmy, I had to look him up when Steve Buscemi said "Lemmy IS god" in the movie Airheads. My own ignorance aside, it's definitely an interesting pedal. My only thoughts are that the controls are somewhat subtle but that also means that it's hard to dial in a bad sound. I'm mostly interested in the higher gain sounds here. It's pretty aggressive without being fuzzy or over the top. Compared to some other popular bass distortions it is a little light on the lows even with the tone rolled back but it brings enough meat to be useful on bass for me. I'm certainly enjoying it more than I had expected to.

That man was a character and eminently quotable. Despite his image and genre, he was a vocal and diehard fan of Little Richard and the Beatles. He was also a roadie for our Lord and Savior, James Marshall Hendrix. Even if you don't like Motorhead, reading about Lemmy is a rollicking good time.

Nice build. I don't think that being light on the lows was a mistake. A Rickenbacker bass into a marshall super bass with the tone controls set at 0-10-0. That was Lemmy's tone.
