Boss BF2B - Can't turn on

I need some help,
I have an old Boss BF2B Bass Flanger that worked fine, but I wanted to change the sound a little bit with a Fromel mod. So I did, but I accidentally lifted some pads. I tried fixing it, but it still doesn't turn on.

oof that's a bummer. Gently scratch off with an exacto knife some of the green coating on the traces that go to the missing pads. Put a really thin tip on your soldering iron and tin the exposed copper traces. Then solder a cut off of a component leg to the trace, with the other end contacting the wire coming out from the broken pad and solder that. Trim the excess.

Finally got it to let my signal pass through, but still no effect or LED.
