Pultec MEQ-5 inspired Equalizer

After successfully building my version of the Pultec EQP-1A, I was intrigued by the idea of also building a replica of the MEQ-5. I used the factory schematics to design a PCB.

Just as with the construction of the EQP-1A, I didn't want to do without the inductors here either.

This is the original circuit, minus the input and output transformers, right? What were they replaced with? Some kind of balanced input using an op-amp or THAT reciever?
