You know USPS is still slow as shit when your Tayda box of parts from Thailand arrives before the PCBs. Doh!
There must be a USPS facility between here and there that is down because I’ve received on-time post office shipments from Portland and NY recently. But not form the south. Patience Grasshopper.

I use UPS with Tayda and it usually is here within 3 days of leaving their building. What I was saying in my post is that the PCBs I ordered have not yet arrived because of USPS. Almost always the PCBs arrive before the Tayda. This time it’s opposite.

It really is dependent on local postal services - I do mail order as my day gig relying exclusively on USPS, and it is utterly and inexplicably hit/miss.

I hear ya. I’m a fan and supporter of the post office. It wasn’t until recently that they’ve been missing times, but I know they are slammed. I wonder if they will adapt and find ways to route items different in the future to limit the impact lower staffed facilities cause.

I see my MailCo peeps daily - they're working on a bunch of stuff to improve flow locally. I hope other POs are doing the same.

DHL has always worked for me with Tayda until this week. They shipped the parts from OH to my Nashville, then back out to OH and back to Nashville again. Only to ship out to CA. Was to arrive by the end of the day today. Don’t think it’s gonna happen.

Great news. I can get my fix today. PCBs arrived. LOL.
This weekend was the first time I got out my woodworking tools and made some Walnut sawdust. Making that second Pedalboard to hold all these crazy pedals I can't seem to stop making.
