Cepheid chorus sharpie covering silkscreen??? What to do

Noticed some of the components on the silkscreen had been marked out with black sharpie. Should I omit these? Or check build doc, maybe they printed wrong values on some boards? Wanted to check with all of you before I screw things up anymore!

The 2 Horizontal either side of the Trimmer are 47K.
The one on the right Vertical is 220K
