Stupid Simple Procrastinator question

Putting together this build and there is a resistor R14 labeled 470. Is this 470R or (?) I only ask cause there’s R16 designated as 390R I’m figuring it’s a typo but wanna make sure.

Because of tolerance of those components you should measure it with your DMM. It may actually be pretty close to 460R...
