Mouser has the XLR. Robert answered but my post from October has the sizes for all the components

I similarly hooked this up to the output buffer for an Empyrean Deluxe (op amp buffer, in that case).

Q1 looks to be an output buffer so I would take the xlr signal off of the junction of R34 and R35 so you don't load the 1/4 out down.
