I'm team MLCC for all pF caps except the occasional silver mica. But, only C0G (NP0) type. I built one Klone years ago that used MLCC for all signal caps and it actually sounded really good, which proves I have zero taste.

I think maybe you'd need to fiddle with the bias voltage to pin13 of the TDA1022? I'm not sure though.

You can find the installer for 7.7 online legally and you should be able to install and operate it under the freeware license AFAIK. There are restrictions on the max board size, though.

I'm still on 7.7. and I will probably never change. I can create any library part I need and work extremely fast in it. Plus, I paid for the license and it still works.

You can save a few parts by eliminating R5, R10, C8 and just connect R11 to the same reference voltage as R2. Also, R11 does not need to be so high in value. You already have a low impedance source from the output of U1. so, 220k for R11 is fine. You might have too much gain according to the...

It does not. Should be possible with 1/8W resistors and a 4-layer board but I chose not to go that route.
