I have one of these. It is a heavy nice enclosure. Don’t know if it came from the same place but I would guess likely. Got it for building one as payment. Don’t think I could have dropped that much $$$ for one.
I used a Soldapullt for many years. And picked up an Engineer this year. Still like the Soldapullt better. Much larger which gives more pull.

Has anyone ever tried burning a case?
Does the design hold up, or does it need to be cleared?
Does the heat weaken or brittle the aluminum enclosure ?

They have a video on YouTube for the shallow water.
Step one would be confirming the power supply is putting out power. Then if so, hooking the power it into the wires, test if power is still there if is not look for the likely ground fault. This is why people are telling you to pull out the socketed ICS. The IC pump is a general problem that...
Did you take out the magical diodes? Hard to see from the image but they look missing. Not that that is your issue. Did you test to see if the power wire is getting signal through it. I one time found a piece of wire that had a dead spot in the middle of the run.
Good fix, but there is really no need for transistor sockets. They will give you trouble. A modern transistor is very unlikely to be damaged by soldering.
