The left two and bottom pads are the same per my meter. And the right top and bottom pads are the same. I was guessing the top marked primary is for maybe a Fasel inductor or 42tm014 type. Both of the above picks shows the prime dot on the bottom right.

Any chance the primary dot on the coil matters which side it mounts to? Looks like it should be on the left side technically if I am reading the schematic correctly. Using the me6.

None of those voltages are fitting in that space. Thinking 12v or lower maybe. Just wondering what other people used before some off board wiring takes place. :)

If you did not care about building anything looking for an old pedal with a dead 1024 could be a route to take.

I would say 100% unattended items will be ruined. Mice, birds, water, air moisture, heat, time will take them back. If you have no plans for them and no room why keep them? If it is a short term issue , have you thought about air tight containers? Some plastic containers have seals on them.

Check some simple stuff. Make sure none of the leads are touching anything they should not be. And check for cold joints. Every joint. And the battery voltage reaching the first part as others have suggested.
