D3 12v zener is blown after loaning pedal out. From what I understand its a safety for the charge pump??? Im out of 12v but have 14v .5w and 15v 1w. Am I safe to use either of these? Thanks in advance.

I use a Water Soluble Cutting Fluid. Works great, less messy than oil. Look it up. Usually blue in color. Retired Ironworker.

Tried it again though a JMP 50w Plexi. My drummer said Ewww, WTF??? So there is my personal opinion. This amp really sounds good with the Fordoble, Glory Hole, Paragon or Pauper, TS or SD vaiants, Powder Blue. All faves.

Forgot to mention: Tested on a VOX AC30. Will try through a Plexi and a hotrod JMP circuit tomorrow. I do know the VOX has a weirdish tonestack and OD's are really sensitive with it.
